Delivery Options

We currently provide two delivery options for customers within Ohio:

• Free Delivery (0–10 miles): No charge for deliveries within 10 miles of our Reynoldsburg showroom.
• Flat Rate Delivery (11–60 miles): $45 fee for deliveries within 11–60 miles of our showroom.

📍 Deliveries are limited to residential and commercial addresses within Ohio. We do not ship outside the state at this time.

Tax & Duties

• A 7.25% Ohio state sales tax applies to all purchases.
• Local county taxes may apply depending on the delivery location.
• Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate.

Holiday Schedule

• Orders placed on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), delivery timelines may extend slightly.

Lost Or Damaged Items

• All deliveries are handled by our professional delivery team.
• Customers must inspect items at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
• Lost or damaged shipments will be replaced or refunded in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping Restrictions

• Deliveries are only available within 0–60 miles of our showroom.
• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, freight forwarding addresses, or outside Ohio.
• Additional charges may apply for stair carries, narrow spaces, or restricted access locations.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Customers must follow our Return & Refund Policy for full instructions.
