Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility For Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery or pickup.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.
- Return items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging with manuals, accessories, and warranty documents
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance products
- Custom or special-order appliances
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Installed appliances that are no longer in “like new” condition

Return Label:
A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible returns (download/print).
Return Label Cost:
Free of charge (no return shipping cost to customer).
Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee is charged.
Return Process
Request A Return:
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions along with a prepaid return label.
Ship/Drop Off:
- Use the provided label to return by mail, or
- Return in person to our showroom at 8073 E Broad Street, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.
Inspection:
All items are inspected upon return. Refunds or exchanges are processed only after inspection.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- If payment was made by credit/debit card, banks may require additional processing time before funds appear.
Exchanges
- If an appliance is defective or damaged on arrival, we will replace or exchange it at no additional delivery charge.
- Exchanges must follow the same 30-day return period and eligibility requirements.
Damaged Or Defected Products
- All appliances are inspected and tested before delivery.
- If damage occurs during delivery, it must be reported immediately to the delivery team.
- For defects noticed after delivery, please contact us within 3 business days with photos and details.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate measurements before purchase to confirm appliance fit.
- Verify that proper electrical, gas, or water connections are available prior to installation.
- Keep the original packaging until you are certain the appliance will not be returned.
