Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We provide free delivery within 10 miles of our Reynoldsburg showroom.
What is the delivery fee for areas outside the free zone?
For deliveries 11–60 miles from our showroom, we charge a flat $45 fee.
Do you deliver outside of Ohio?
No. We currently deliver only within Ohio State.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items: Delivered within 1–2 business days
Special orders: 3–7 business days
Reconditioned items: May take an additional 1–3 business days
What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day. Orders after 6:00 PM are processed the next business day.
What are your delivery time slots?
We offer 2-hour delivery windows between 10 AM – 6 PM:

• 10 AM – 12 PM
• 12 PM – 2 PM
• 2 PM – 4 PM
• 4 PM – 6 PM

Can I request a specific delivery time?
Yes. Special arrangements are available upon request, subject to scheduling availability.
How will I be notified about delivery?
You’ll receive:

• A phone call 24 hours in advance
• Text updates on delivery day
• A 30-minute courtesy call before arrival

Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes. The customer or an authorized adult representative must be present to receive the delivery.
What if I need to reschedule my delivery?
You may reschedule at no cost by providing at least 24-hour notice.
Do you use third-party carriers?
Local deliveries are handled by our own professional team. For long-distance deliveries (beyond 60 miles within Ohio), we may partner with insured, specialized appliance carriers.

Do I need to prepare my home for delivery?
Yes. Please ensure:

• Clear pathways
• Proper electrical outlets
• Accessible water shut-off valves
• Adequate space for appliance placement

What if my delivery requires stairs?
Stair carries are available for $50 per flight.
What happens if the delivery team cannot fit the appliance through my doorway?
We may require additional services or fees if doorways, hallways, or staircases make delivery challenging. Contact us before delivery for special arrangements.
Do you remove old appliances?
Yes. We offer old appliance removal for $50 per unit.
What happens during severe weather?
For safety reasons, deliveries may be delayed. Customers will be notified promptly, and rescheduling will occur at no extra cost.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Ohio state sales tax (7.25%) applies, along with local tax variations depending on your delivery address.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All fees, including recycling or environmental disposal charges, are disclosed upfront during checkout.
